Dr. Judith Girschik: Expert in Executive Leadership
Dr. Judith Girschik is the founder and managing director of the Leadership Institute Wien, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Vice President of ICF Austria, which she led as President for two terms from 2022 to 2026. With more than 15 years of leadership experience in international companies, including PwC and as managing director of a software company, she combines evidence-based coaching with genuine management expertise. In 2025 she received the EMEA Entrepreneur Award.

Short Biography (free to use)
Dr. Judith Girschik is the founder and managing director of the Leadership Institute Wien. As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Vice President of ICF Austria, following two terms as President of the association from 2022 to 2026, she works with managing directors, board members and C-level executives in Austria and internationally. Before her coaching career, she spent more than 15 years in leadership positions in international companies, including PwC (Coopers & Lybrand) and as managing director of a software company. She holds degrees in business administration, international management, and mediation & conflict management, and teaches at universities of applied sciences and universities.
