More and more companies today make decisions based on personality profiles. These profiles empower managers and executives with individual inclinations to discern peculiarities of personalities, but above all to recognize the differences between individual applicants. A potential analysis can be used to decide which personality best fits a specific job profile, a specific organization, department or team. Personality profiles can therefore have a significant impact on careers.
Personality profiles and potential analyzes also play an important role in the area of personality development. They offer decision-makers and managers an insightful look at the typical behavioral tendencies as well as the strengths and weaknesses of a person. Personality profiles also provide a very good basis for personal and professional orientation and decisions regarding the next career steps. In addition, the findings, which provides a potential analysis, also form an excellent basis for coaching.
