Dr. Judith Girschik

Dr. Judith Girschik is an internationally certified business and executive coach. The founder of the Leadership Institute | LSS Leadership Services GmbH is based in the city center of Vienna, Austria. She supports managers, directors, board members of international and national Top 500 companies,  developing their leadership roles as well as their professional and personal growth.

She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Vice President of ICF Austria, having served as President from 2022 to 2026.

She has more than 25 years of consulting and leadership experience. Dr. Girschik began her career as a Management Consultant with Coopers&Lybrand and PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Vienna. This was followed by 15 years of experience in management positions in marketing, sales, and business development of international corporations, including as Managing Director of a leading software company.

Leadership Coach

With academic degrees in Business Administration, International Management and Mediation & Conflict Management, Judith researches, and advises in Leadership and Executive Coaching, Motivation and Personality Research, Business Mediation & Commercial Mediation. As an internationally renown Executive Coach, she lectures at national and international colleges and universities and taught for around ten years at the Hernstein Institute for Management and Leadership. She also continuously takes part in advanced training and further education focussed on Positive Psychology at various international universities, such as Yale, Penn, University of Sydney. 

Business Mediator

Dr. Girschik holds a dedicated academic degree in Mediation and Conflict Management. As a business and commercial mediator, she offers mediation, conflict management, and conflict moderation services as well as intercultural negotiation support. As a Business Mediation expert, she served as a board member of the Austrian Mediation Association from 2015 to 2020.

Focus of Work

Her work focus as a coach is on individual coaching and training for managers, managing directors, board members, supervisory board members, and entrepreneurs. Based on structured personality test procedures, she offers personality assessments for managers, executives, and leaders. Based in Vienna´s city center, she works with clients from all around the world in both German and English.

Memberships and Awards

She currently serves as Vice President of ICF Austria as well as a member of the advisory board of the European Club for Excellence in Leadership and Management (EULEAD). In 2015 she was awarded the Austrian Mediation Prize. Dr. Girschik has been awarded the Bizladies Award “Bizlady of the City” in 2018 for her commitment to leadership and executive coaching.

In 2025, she received the EMEA Entrepreneur Award as “Most Inspiring Woman Entrepreneur from Austria Building Innovative Businesses”. With 140+ Google Reviews and a perfect 5.0-star rating, the Leadership Institute is one of the highest-rated coaching practices in Vienna.
