Mag. Alexandra Fucik

Alexandra Fucik is a leadership trainer and facilitator. She spent more than 25 years in international corporations, among them GE, MSD (Merck) and KUKA, in local, regional and global HR and leadership development roles, and has led global teams of up to 130 people.

Areas of Expertise

She works in two areas:

• Leadership and high-potential programs: from diagnostics and design through faculty management to delivery.
• Team and leadership team development: team building as well as vision and strategy workshops.

In workshops she works with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and Liberating Structures; in leadership work she draws on Leadership Embodiment and Insights Discovery®, among other methods. From a broad repertoire she chooses what fits the situation at hand.

She has gone through such programs herself and has designed, introduced and run them. Those who work with her gain a sparring partner who knows responsibility in large corporations from her own experience.
